Title: Disappointing Repeat Experience at Edge for Men – Tygervalley I am compelled to share my dissatisfaction following two consecutive unsatisfactory experiences at Edge for Men, Tygervalley. Two weeks prior, a beard trim resulted in a significant neck cut due to substandard equipment. Today, despite a confirmed 10:00 AM appointment, I was left waiting until 10:30 AM without any communication or acknowledgment. Notably, the franchise owner was present but made no effort to address the delay or engage with waiting clients. As a CEO, my time is invaluable, and such disregard for client appointments and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of service standards and customer engagement protocols at this establishment.
I bought flat at Swan Ridge and sighned the debit order, so that they can automatically deduct money from my Absa account for the Body Corporate. A year later I was blacklisted for not paying them any money and had huge amounts of dept owed to them, but not once did they contact me via telephone to inform me that I was behind on payment, I did not have an email address by that time. They also threatened to sue me and caused a lot of stress in my life. But I have proof of signing the automatic debit order and when I called the number to make arrangements for all the behind payments they did not help me at all, and they still didn't take any money from my new account at Capitec Bank which I switched over to in March 2016 and despite me making arrangements.
