Poor service by LCP roofing

They fitted our roof in 4 days they rushed the work and in the process they broke a lot of tiles. We made them aware in due time that the estate is closing on the 15 December 2015 if they feel they won't finish before the closing date they must not start. They insisted they will complete the job.They delivered the trusses they left them lying on the floor for days they made us wait in vain while they prioritised other clients. They kept promising to start. They ended up coming on the 11th December they rushed the job, they ended up breaking a lot of roof tiles, one of the trusses is bent. They did not manage to complete the ridges they left them exposed for 3 weeks . They completed the job mid january. We realized that there are many defects and some of the tiles are not straight .We have been calling Henry on a weekly basis to come and fix the problems they kept promising to come and bring roof tiles which were broken and to inspect the bent truss. It's now mid April they have not come but they said we have a warranty. I regret doing business with them. I thought they are a reputable company since they are a big brand. But the service I got from them was beyond poor.
