Incompetent. Untrustworthy. Doesn't do the job

My investment property was contracted to be cleaned twice per week for a tenant who travelled a lot .<br> <br> It turns out, upon first inspection I made after a year, that contractor wasn't even cleaning the property - dust everywhere, parts having never been cleaned ever. As far as I'm concerned, not cleaning, when that's what you're contracted to do, is a breach of contract and unethical.<br> <br> So for a year they took my money and from what I saw even the first time, they were either not cleaning at all or doing such a poor job that you can barely even call it satisfactory - I should NOT have been paying for this service and it is my fault in just one area - trusting that they would without CHECKING.<br> <br> If their staff were too busy or too incompetent they should simply have refused my business. <br> <br> I feel totally robbed and i recommend you NEVER use this service ... they are hopefuless.
