Audi Freeway Plan which is meant to be a full Maintenance Plan does not cover your battery. After purchasing a demo vehicle, almost 3 years later the battery stopped working. Audi Umhlanga did their tests mentioning it was parked off for over 4800 hours and the average should be 1000 hours... this is the reason they do not want to cover the battery as mentioned by their arrogant manager. They refuse to take into account that the vehicle was parked off prior to purchase and has over 65 000 km on the odometer to date, which common sense would tell you that their reading is of no fault to me, the vehicle owner. This now brings into question what other fine print this manufacturer has in place to ***** over their customers. I'm sure the general public will think the same.

Pedros Umhlanga... Food ordered but not delivered several hours later. Their staff mention it isn't their problem once the delivery guy collects the order. For all we know, their staff has eaten the food. What a bunch of thieves. No one should ever place an online order with this store.
Pre booked seats which were paid for, was given away to other customers. Their staff do not have the ability to resolve the matter. Perhaps it's lack training and intelligence... pathetic service!
Terrible experience... this company promotes apartment letting although they cannot provide electricity and hot water outside loadshedding times. General public seriously needs to reconsider using this site. **** service should not override quality!
After purchasing an A3 2021 model, the touchscreen continuously freezers at random times. Its shocking that Audi SA are unable to rectify the issue months later, after a number of complaints. Purchasing a defective vehicle should be factored in to every consumers pocket when dealing with Audi... Pathetic!
Almost 2 months later and the claims department still does not have a clue on how to settle our claim. Pathetic LegalWise would be a compliment to your business!
A company of useless staff who DO NOT know how to complete their job. They are definitely here to take your premium with no service.
Limited to no service at all from claims department. I guess their employees have no idea how to do their work. Pathetic! Do not waste your monthly premium.
After a number of attempts to submit claims over the past weeks, Legalwise still refuses to reply. Pathetic service by the claims and membership departments!
