I was in the centre to buy things as usual n i had a sudden running stomach so I went to use the toilet I was in for 20 minute n the cleaning lady started knocking on the door asking me to come out she needs to clean and that it's not a restroom Mind you am a client and she she doesn't know me and her rudness didn't end there she kept knocking saying she is not going anywhere till I come out I took a deep breath told her to go call her supervised she comes back 5 minutes later they both start knocking on the door Am sorry to say the stuff had no respect for client that support they business am a business owner myself and to be honest the supervisor is just as illiterate as the cleaner how do you tell someone to come out because u need to clean am having a really bad running stomach and have to deal with such incompetent people if I was white this wouldn't have even happen

Dhl should hire professionals We been dealing with Frank is slow and useless DHL has been giving the run around for close to two weeks for a parcel that was suppose to be delivered close to a week ago.
