L&T disservice

I have been with the L&T for more than 7 years now. I even cannot remember how many people I have encouraged to register for membership, but now where I stand with the L&T I am very much disappointed with their service. The only two cases I logged they have failed to resolve. 1. Some time in 2014 I gave all particulars of the company to the L&T representative to sort out my case against the individual who defrauded my little investment. Up to now I am still waiting for the results. 2. Earlier this year I gave the particulars of the company which is refusing to pay my other investment. At the end, after they have done the initial action, the representative told me that they cannot make a follow up. And I was told to acquire the services of another private law firm. Yet I am a private individual. What was I in for all these years? I felt that I was ripped off again by the people I trusted in times of real need for assistance. Very disappointed.
