I dealt with a lady named Madelaine around the Noordwyk area. Firstly, she was around 25 minutes late for the viewing and she did not even bother to call and notify us that she will be late. I was happy with the property and she said she will send documentation for application and never did. It was only after she was followed up that she came up with some story then sent them. I had to R195 for the credit report which she said she will send to me and I never got it. There was never any communication after I sent my documents and I would like to know if Firzt rentals in Midrand collects people data? What disgusting service and I see the property has now been removed from Property24 where it was advertised and still no word from the agent.
I have a spine chilling experience from this institution. I had to deregister because as much as they claim to be inclusive, they actually take pride in being bullies and *****s. For the amount of money they charge for PDBA, I had to opt to deregister because I was being bul**** to stay in a syndicate where I was clearly going to fail. I didn't even choose the syndicate by the way and they refused point blank for me to change so I requested to deregister. I was shocked by the *****ry and violation of my right as a human being when I received the confirmation of cancellation and the reason for cancellation was a lie and cited something that I only disclosed to the programme manager to give context but did not give consent to be shared further. I am disturbed by the lack of integrity in processing matters and the lie and misrepresentation of the reason for my cancellation of the course. I am aware of my social standing in this country and having a disability pushes me further down the food chain of people whose cases should be handled with the confidentiality and integrity they deserve. Still, shame on you GIBS, I cannot believe I still have to pay 25% of the tuition fee after only attending 1 course and being mistreated like this!! For an institution that claims to be inclusive, I and knew it was all just a scorecard point for them because saying you provide concessions without even understand limitations and implications of conditions that you claim to accommodate is laughable. Using my health status as the reason for cancellation is *********, even for an institution that only cares for money like yours.
They served me rotten food. How disgusting do you have to be as a restaurant to deliver food that smells to a customer? People die because of food poisoning and such place are so blaze and emboldened enough to send food that smells.
Makro online is horrible and their customer service is even more appalling. I ordered and paid on the 20th of March and got a confirmation that it was dispatched on the 22nd. I followed up on the 29th because my order was still not delivered and I was told that the matter will be escalated and flagged as urgent. It is the 1st of April today and i still had to follow up cause no one bothered to call me with an update. The response is that they don’t have an update. I am so disgusted by the horrible service I have received. Makro operates very shamefully. They should leave the online space.
The worst experience at Mall of Africa every time. I don't think anyone actually cares there. I ordered contact lenses in April, I did my eye test with them so they have the correct script. I was called in only to find out that its the wrong brand, twice! The third time, they called with only one box when I have ordered 2. The lady who assisted me, wrote all these and somehow managed to come back with just one box. In addition, they had already claimed for 2 boxes from my medical aid. What a disgusting experience and this is the second time going through this with this practice. I had the same with a claim in 2021. The funniest part is them acting like they are 'helping me' and doing me a favour when they have got a simple order so wrong.
The perfumes from theperfumeroom.co.za are so disappointing. The scent disappears within an hour and the packaging is as horrible as they come. They claim that they sell authentic Dubai perfumes, it is more like water. They are a total scam and ripoff, even the oil-based perfumes at the mall are actually better. I would not recommend them at all.
Vodacom is surely running a scam with our money. I closed a contract with them in September 2020 and to my shock they were still debiting my account. I followed up to be refunded for a good 3 months and each time I am told that my query is in progress and I will be refunded in 14 days. I am still waiting even today. To make matters worse, it seems like robots handle their queries because each time I get a different report not related to a response they last gave me. They also assign random date as to when the query was logged which is fraudulent but covers them in this scam of theirs. Their Twitter page has blatantly ignored my complaints for months also, also on their page they insist it is the right channel to complain. I am really disgusted by the service.
