This group has beautifully managed to combine a well-planned travel route, delicious meals, and a spirit of adventure that reminded us all — it’s not just about the destination, but the joy of the journey itself. The activities were fun and suitable for all ages, making it a perfect experience for families, solo travellers, and groups alike. What impressed me most is how Avalanche Tours took what could have been a long-distance, tiring journey and turned it into something exciting, educational, and truly memorable. <p style="margin: 18.75pt 0cm 18.75pt 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #555555;">I had purchased a group on voucher for a major service on a light motor vehicle, on the 6th of may 2016, i had sent my car in for service at weatherking durban, Stamford hill. The staff was inconsiderate, unhelpful and above all the Manager couldnt take responsibility for his actions, showing his unethical behavior and lack of professionalism. As a customer I am awarded such rights which I am well aware of, byut as a human being i entitled to the right to dignity, which this man has a baltant disregard for. My simple request was to show me what has been done on the motor vehicle, the man could not comment on such. Furthermore the company has a 52 point check that the Advisor had given me ensuring me that this would be carried out. At the end of the afternoon no one could report on the service done, not the man servicing or the manager.</span></p> <p style="color: #555555;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #555555;"> </span></p> <p style="color: #555555;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #555555;">I had left my car with them at 08: 57 am, they had said that they would call me to discuss the pick up service ("if they could make a plan") at 12pm. the company had not contacted me, so i took the liberty of calling them, i Spoke to the manager who had said " yes, the vehicle will be ready at 2|:15 pm. i had then made the arrangements to pick the car up, only to find that the car was not ready and the car had only went in at around 2pm . when I asked the manager about this confusion he had denied everything, saying it wasnt him. </span></p> <p style="color: #555555;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #555555;"> </span></p> <p style="color: #555555;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #555555;">This was a horrible experience, they say that they give their customers a one year guarentee with every purchase, this was not even a day and i could get no service.
