So great to write a review on positive service. After today’s storm I was left with 2 little kids, no electricity and an electric gate open that I couldn’t get on manual. Not only did the team come out quickly to help with my gate but also proactively helped get our generator going and helped my Dad get his car started. Going the extra mile in action! A great example to other service companies. Highly recommended
<p>Despite logging a call 3 months ago that the estimated charges were significantly higher than actuals (sent metre readings with pictures) and then having an Eskom person come to our house to verify and advise that we should await an updated statement with our reconnected (correct) readings our electricity has been disconnected. The supposed SMS sent to us was never received and now we are expected to pay the full (overcharged) amount and spend the day at the Rivonia office to get back on. We are happy to pay for a service but it's not acceptable to be held to ransom for paying an overinflated charge or be cut off. Inconvenience and ripped off.</p>
