<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a complain , from December we have been phoning Starsat 086 086 7827 with regards to signal and some of the channels not playing, but up will today its still the same, we are spending quite an amount of money on airtime to contact them, but to no avail the service is actually pathetic, they are not resolving our complaint, we initally had top tv, then it changed to  Starsat, and when changing over to starsat, they didnt do installation, we just had to swop the dish for new one, with no installation, no they want us to call an installer and pay them, i think the service is pathetic and there is no customer service. Today, there is no signal, no sabc 1, 2, 3 and etv has not been playing for the last week, and i phone them again last week and today... still no solution.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards,</p> <p>Rose le toit - 084 349 2433</p>
