I would like to start off by stating that I have used International Panel Shop a few times over the years and have always been impressed with their workmanship / service. Unfortunately things changed. I took my Nissan Navara to Lance, owner of International Panel Shop. The work to be done on the vehicle was rust removal around the vehicle windscreen. I trust Lance’s workmanship, no need not too, been dealing with him for years. I made payment of R3500.I head to Lance for vehicle collection, rust has been removed and all looks good. I step into the vehicle, and notice the vehicle dashboard has been badly damaged? Cracked in two places, the cracked pieces were put back, as to hide the damage. Apon pointing this out to Lance, he knows nothing about it? Lance assured me he would have this sorted out, but now I’m being pushed from pillar to post. I have tried compromising by telling him, I would be fine with a decent 2nd hand replacement. This specific part new is +- R10500, from the dealers. I had to purchase a 2nd hand part from a Nissan dealer at the cost of R5250, Lance is not willing to compensate or have anything to do with this replacement. BECAREFULL, DON’T LET A PRICE GET THE BETTER OF YOU.IT MIGHT LAND UP COSTING YOU MORE.
