Appalling service! The used car salesmen don't call people back when they promise to, and they also didn't bother to even pitch up for a scheduled test drive! Only after the scheduled time passed and we contacted the salesman did he make up an excuse and promised to let us know when he would come, but never contacted us again or come for us to test drive the car. If this is how useless they are before even selling a car to you, how bad is the after-sales service? I would definitely avoid them like the plague! Even one star is better than they deserve.
pathetic and useless! Can hardly get hold of anyone, being left on hold for 20 minutes at a time while a useless agent can't get an update on my claim, they have no idea where my car is, and then just hang the phone up when they cant give you an answer! do you have zero pride whatsoever???>??
Called Cell c on Friday the 25th of February 2018, to either cancels or upgrade my phone contract, i was given a deal by the retention's department which seemed to be adequate for my needs however as soon as my device was delivered and i checked out the package on cell c's web portal i realized that i was lied to by the retention's department and been signed up to a completely different contract package, i then phoned cell c to query this where after i was told i will be supplied with the voice recording and the account sorted out by Wednesday the 27th of February, it is now Friday the 1st of March and no voice recording is available, my account is still on the wrong package and cell c tells me they cant do anything on it now because they are having internal issues. the cooling down period is ending on Monday and i do not know what to do, except cancel this account and report the issue as this is straight up lying and deceptive on their part to scam their clients. absolutely disgraceful and tantamount to theft and fraud.
<p>after ordering a fnb connect sim card and asking to have my number ported, i have had nothing but frustrations with these bunch of clowns! even telkom gives better service than these buch of muppets. if you manage to actually get hold of someone on the phone ( which only seems to happen every 30th call i make!) you get told that your problem will be sorted, but allas it will never be, because they do not know what they are doing! ive tried 3 times to manage my package online as advertised, but you never recieve the OTP to complete the process ( nice one guys! well ****** done!) and after 3 requests to port my number ( one when i initially signed up, 1 when i tried online and once in person over the phone!) i am strill not ported, and i am now payimng for 2 calling plans with 2 providers ( and to think i actually wanted to take a phone with fnb connect also) PLS for the love of everything holy, just cancell my request and my package with yourselves, id rather just stay with my current provider.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I purchased a replacement motherboard for a MacBook pro form these people at close to R8000.00 in November 2015, which upon delivery I realized to my great dismay, was faulty (Futuremarkj stated on their invoice that the part carries a 1yr warrantee)! I then contacted Marius from Futuremark and advised him thereof, I was then told that I must send the motherboard with the laptop (combined is probably worth close to R18000) to them for assessment, which was then done in January! It is now approaching the end of May, I have on numerous occasions sent emails which are not being answered, I have also called and left multiple messages, but again they go unanswered. On the two occasions that I have managed to speak to Marius, I was told that they have gotten the machine working but not 100% and I will be contacted to finalize everything when it is working properly, but again these promises have gone unfulfilled. I have now passed this on to my lawyer to take the matter further. I work very hard for my money, as I am sure everybody does, and therefore I implore everyone to stay away from these guys, they simply have no honor and absolutely no problem taking your money and leaving you for dry dishonesty and complete lack of decency seems to be the order of the day. </p>
