Refund on order 8166574675623309 - shop VITRCHP OFFICIAL STORE. Item not as described - requested refund on 21.06.2023. I am not satisfied with your online services - I notified the online services that I received my package in June 21st - when I opened my package the dress was not near which was sold by the seller on his pictures - I requested a refund. I was told by the online services that I should return package, my question was who is paying for the postage to send back to seller. I was told seller will refund postage, it never happen. I also message seller his answer was he can not help me. Aliexpres leaves me a note that I did receive the package not reading all the online messages regarding refund and postage for returning a package, the seller sells a picture and when the item arrives it is not near the same. Till now no help from Aliexpress. I paid a lot of import duty and return shipping fee. Dont buy from Aliexpress. No help from them for ***** transactions and untrust sellers getting away with *****ulent products not the same as on their picture. I paid R554.20 to send that package back to seller - postage tracking nr CV018951545ZA which is a lot of money!!!!!!!! I also paid R494.02 import duty - and the seller is getting away with *****ulent selling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! See attached proof of postage and import duties as well as tracking nr Aliexpress left me a message which made me furious
I have ordered a part and paid for it Front right door lock on 15 Feb 2022. Beginning of Feb I already ordered this part - when I went to fetch my part it was for the wrong door. (15 Feb 2022) Model CC6461KM19. I phone weekly to GWM VEREENIGING - PARTS PIETER. Every time a different excuse. Twice it was Covid at your head office no one to supply parts. Then the gwm part changed owners and they are waiting for stock. Until today I had to phone every time - still no part - I paid on the 15 Feb already. Pieter at Parts gives no service - no call back and updates. I have to phone every time just to get a new excuse - I am fed-up. No after sales for parts - Still no Front right door lock assembly 6105410-k80 driver side front. R1317.90 excl vat - still no part - no call - One and a half months later- If you drive a GWM know parts are a problem
I made my over limit nul. I received an account again with two deductions amounts on the account which states entertainment. I never gave permission for entertainment deductions - I even have proof where I declined House of Glamour subscription services 3 times they tried to subscribe me dd 16 Oct 2021, 18 October and 20 October - My declined sms'se are on my phone. Where do Vodacom get permission to deduct on my account both these amounts I never authorized any deductions. Call centre does not understand my problem. Can someone please assist- previously had the same problem Vodacom rectify the account after Hellopeter complain - now we start all over again - again illegal deductions - entertainment - I am very furious and call centre does not understand - Cell nr 0823368569

Paid up Vehicle - emailed for Natis documents - no answer - not even a case nr. My account nr is 14400730001. I want my Natis documents as car is fully paid. Datsun Go Lux
Good day-I paid my Vehicle account 86748300 Datsun Go - It was paid up - I emailed the Absa consultants - I never received my Natis document - I even got a case nr requesting them to send the Natis to Absa Heilbron for me to collect - Not a response. I am unhappy as Vehicle is paid in full - My husband paid the monthly instalments - I cant get my Natis out of Absa.
I have an account with Telkom - as from March 2020 I never received any account invoices. We were also very limited times at the office. Then I tried phoning for my amount due - you just hold on. Today a guy from Telkom phoned me R1156 account - I asked please send me the invoice its impossible we are almost never at the office due to covid. I also requested all invoices from March 2020 I never receive any invoices. He said he will send - he did not send. I am fedup with telkom
I have send an email to mweb after closing my bank account with standard bank requesting them to change my banking details - then on the 4th I received an email telling me they will suspend my account - Try phoning the nrs they provide and stay on the line - it takes ages and I am at work - go online - and go the chat - same thing only new business - try to log in - log in blocked. I applied for a new Medical Aid by Keyhealth. I filled in the application online on 21st of August 2019 at 11:00am. With in an half an hour I was phoned by Keyhealth Call Centre and was promised a broker will phone me. Its the 26th of August an no Broker phoned me - they promised with in 24 hours. Bankfin of Absa is giving me a lot of headache - I paid my Bankfin account in full account nr 87341165. I phoned the nr Absa Branch supplied me with - I emailed Jan Prinsloo also of Bankfin to send me my vehicle registration certificate - I dont owe one cent on my vehicle - no papers was send. I am very upset. There is just no service from Bankfins side.
