<p>Me and my husband made a booking at the Kelway Hotel in Port Elizabeth online, I made a booking for a bath instead of a shower as I do not shower, we made our payment in full but when we got to the hotel they booked us into the room with a shower and not a bath, I then spoke to the reception on night duty and he told me that we will be moved the next day which is today the 27 may 2016, I went back to reception this morning to inquire about the move only to find out that if we want to move we have to pay extra for the room, we now stuck in a room with a shower which I'm not happy with, I think this is a nonsense story to get you to book a room (thinking you getting a bath) then turning around and saying no more standard rooms available with a bath, I think you should get what you booked, furthermore their beds are very hard and I'm not enjoying my stay,</p>

<p>I cancelled my land line and Adsl at telkom direct in alberton city, March I get an email from telkom billing me for the landline and adsl which was never cancelled, for days I was on the phone with these people trying to sort out this mess up, I then sent a email to Nenekazi Nkojane to please cancel the line as Telkom Direct in alberton city lost the paperwork to cancel my line, Nenekazi Nkojane phoned me back on the same day I sent my cancellation forms through ($ May 2016), she reassured me that she was gonna do the cancelation that same day and that she can see there was no activity on the line since december so she would back date it for me, once again I received a bill from telkom for outstanding fees to the amount of R3016.54, I have tried to get hold of Nenekazi in connection with this but was unsuccesfull, I phoned the call centre again today and they informed me that the line is still active, what is the reason they are not cancelling this line? I have email Nenekazi on these days to find out if she cancelled it: 4/5/16, 5/5/16, 10/5/16, 16/5/16, I have received no response from her. I am giving it 1 more week to solve this otherwise I will go see a lawyer to resolve it.</p>
