Very bad experience at Lizaforce Electrical. Staff unhelpful and lack of knowledge on price and products they offer. Very poor and and ********* returns policy that weakens customer relationships. A poor returns policy will affect customers who have purchased items and may want to return them, leading to dissatisfaction and potential disputes. Lizaforce Electrical must be investigated by the CPA for unfair practice.
I purchased a vehicle from Gibid CST50379. In pictures you could clearly see the gearbox inbtgis vehicle. When i viewed to purchase this vehicle on auction. Website you could clearly see tge gearbox was not tampered with in the pictures provided. When the vehicle was released to the towing company you can see that vehicle was tampered with in the release pictures. When i received the vehicle 3 x days later the gearbox sump and mechtronics was loose and *****s hand tightened. The mechatronics that is now on vehicle does not belong to this vehicle. Please help with this matter. I purchased ghis vehicle in good faith and trusted Gobid and believed what was true in pictures Gobid provided. We now believe that original parts was stolen when vehicle went for inspection. We are still awaiting response and feedback
I purchased a Vw Polo from SMD Capetown in Nov 2020.. Cost me over 135k plus another 5k towing to Durban. When we did an enquiry with Vw South Africa we found that the vehicle was written off on their system. NOW I have a vehicle that's worth nothing

Six weeks ago i visited Masterfit Exhaust in Verulam to attend to my exhaust problems. I drive a Toyota Yaris and

they found problem with the rear silencer. I was never informed that the part was an after market unit. I have complained on numerous occasions and paid them a visit x3 times to complain about the noise and the lose exhaust. The staff and workers are arrogant and apart from welding have no knowledge of exhausts and customer service.

I'm so disappointed with SMD, On 23 MARCH 2016 I purchased this vehicle online I bided online and I was the highest bidder. They knew the car was built up and was in their premises but failed to disclose such information when advertising for an auction: whether you are in a salvage business or just got a mandate, there should be some level of transparency in your business dealings. I had requested to cancel the deal and refund my money a day. Until today, I have not heard a word from them. Which implies that their response to my initial complain was just a PR exercise.

Regarding the attached invoice, SMD has grossly misrepresented this vehicle and now refuses to acknowledge their error. We have paid against this invoice as the vehicle being a stock vehicle which invoice is attached above but received a vehicle that was built up and repaired and in a condition not worthy of the purchased price.

I am disgusted by this and feel frustrated to think that i am a loyal customer and to do something like this is really bad business.
I would like to hear their response and what they are willing to do to rectify this matter.
