Makes you pay upfront for the order and thebln doesn't deliver. I have been messaging the owner since October for missing items and the few times she actually responds she promises that it has been sent bit will send a new one and the ln just never does l. My little girl is moving to her big girl bed already and I haven't even received the nursery bedding that I ordered on the 6th of September already
<p>ordered a St Christopher pendant for my husband for valentines day a week before I needed it. I was advised it needed to come from the Roodepoort branch (Roodepoort to Midrand - not that far!!) phoned later to follow up. I was advised that the order hasnt arrived it, I will get a phone call as soon as it arrives. Phoned again today to find out if maybe the pendant has arrived. 21/02 - almost time for Valentines day again. Only to be advised that it was never ordered! No wonder it didnt arrive in time. Now all of a sudden it needed to come from Bloemfontein and they were waiting for confirmation from a staff member before ordering it because it would only have arrived after Valentines day. Next time maybe try phoning the customer and ask if you must still order - I am after all the one that wants it and that is paying for it. Shocking service from what is suppose to be a reputable jeweler </p>
