Rude receptionist

<p>My son is currently studying for his "N" subjects at N-TEK but when I try to phone to find out when is the exam dates the lady answering the phone is the most rude person.If you can't hear properly over the phone and ask to repeat she told me I must "wake up ".She defnently is there just for the money and not the help people like her job description is!!!</p>
