Good quality and fair prices but I am appalled, to say the least, by the “service” we received from Des at Wicked Stitch.

After dropping our merchandise at their premises at the end of April, I had to repeatedly mail Des just to get samples, which I finally got after TWO WEEKS!

I received no answer to my mail the following day stating my boss would like to see a sample shirt. I sent a follow up mail the following week and still after no response I phoned Des. I was met with “Oh, you sent me dozens of mails” and “Is your boss blind?”. I was also told that he can’t set up and set down the machines the whole time and that he will have to start charging us (we would have been happy to pay). So it sounded like the whole thing was just too much effort.

When my boss phoned Des he was told he has “no imagination” and the phone got thrown down in his ear. I received a mail stating that my boss was “unreasonable”. Des said he had “gone out of his way” to get us the samples that they “did not charge us for” (Again, we would have been happy to pay). I was asked to collect our stock, which I gladly did!

Maybe our order was too small to warrant any attention or too much effort…

The people at Wicked Stitch know nothing about client services and seem to know everything about poor business etiquette.
