<p>This has been the worst service expierienced with Libra for a brand new Bath we bought, that was cracked when we bought it, after we installed the bath still not having used it we discovered the Crack, we immediately contact there Supplier who sold the bath- who says not to worry a Rep will come asses wether we would replace or repair.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its been 3 weeks after chasing back and forth from our side - the Person sent out to check the bath was not a REP,just took photos and left, never heard back a thing.</p> <p> </p> <p>My husband has been calling and mailing after you guys in the Cape town office and Joburg and convienietly he is never able to speak to the person dealing with his assesment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday we received a Mail saying the assesment was declined- But what has been declined repairing/ fixing the unused new bath, no one is willing to speak to us about why the assesment was declined- as the person who came to our home is also unavailible, I think this is totally unacceptable.</p> <p>I am actually wanting some positive feedback or else i am going to have the matter taken further.</p> <p> </p>
