I can not get any help with my vitality query ... AS for your call center, absolutely ridiculous !!!
I purchased 2 blue hammocks and I received 1 orange and 1 blue. Upon requesting an exchange, I am being told that the website says assorted colors, Really?? Orange was not even in the photo selection!?! Now I m being told to pay extra for collection and re delivery. Makes no sense, seeing the this is an error on campcraft's online shopping site.

So after a bad experience with our sleep over. I complained about the party venue - situated right next door to accommodation rooms. You simply cannot be so inconsiderate to your guests. I was then penalized further for complaining about my bad experience.
After a much needed quiet time away.. We booked a night away at Casalinga via Hyperli. Needless to say We were shocked in the afternoon that management had double booked us with a 21st birthday party right on our doorstep. How inconsiderate and dishonest. Had we known we would gave gladly postponed to a time when no parties were on. How can you have your accommodation rooms right next to your party venue? Very disappointing indeed. A waste of our time and money. Hyperli must also take part of the blame as they partnered with Casalinga. I expect a refund.
