Two years ago had to deal with poor service as company moving to MTN from cell c. Two years later the one number still not ported to MTN and Next-cellular makes no effort to resolve this. Went Monday 23/09/24 to have a sim swap done as my phone was ******. I went in person as next day is a public holiday and wanted to expedite this as I am travelling abroad and need to access my OTP. I was given a new SIM card and a temporary new number and told I would be called Tuesday 24/09/24 to let me know when to put my SIM card in for activation. That did not happen and find out today that a message was sent to my practice phone which I used to communicate with them when my phone was lost. Now I don’t understand why I was a given a temporary number but they chose to use my practice phone instead of my phone. Today after getting very tardy communication I am sent an WhatsApp message saying I will be informed late this afternoon what will happen with sim swap. Bottom line I can’t use my number to carry out essential transactions before my travels. Does the staff member care , absolutely not other than an obligatory I understand and sorry for inconvenience but you must just wait. Ask to speak to her seniors no one is in, manager will call when he/she is in, when and which day it will be is unquantified. On Monday I asked for a travel SIM card and told the relevant person will contact me on Monday. Today I asked about travel SIM card and told me I will be sent a link to a bot. Not surprised that has not been done either. Grossly *********** and unprofessional outfit that I need to move away from. I don’t think anyone needs to deal with this kind of attitude
For the past year I have tried to resolve a complaint with PnP where they put non vegan foods on shelf clearly marked plant based. This was raised with produce manager who chose to verbally abuse me. Raised it to customer service who did not bother to address matters raised. Got a call from a regional manager who promised to get back and never did. Tried calling with no response until last Friday when I was told he is no longer in Gauteng and the current manger will call me just now. That never happened. These last 9 days I have raised the issue of putting non plant based food on shelves marked plant based yet this still continues. It’s as if PnP does not actually care about customers dietary choices and to properly place products as claimed. The customer service has been atrocious. I have sent an email asking to get contact with the board. I hope the board has the courtesy to contact me

The address 106 Voortrekker street Springbok on google map clearly shows this id not a business. The cart picture is from Capital Carts Georgetown Texas. Exact same pictures. When i asked for live videos was told i can go buy elsewhere. Please get a shutdown notice on this site by the host
