WONT REFUND DEPOSIT!!!!!
<p>I live in Knysna, after I ordered 3 trailers it took more than 6 months for them to deliver 2 ( even though it was meant to be 2 weeks).......needless to say I never received the 3rd after a year of waiting.......I then requested my deposit for the 3rd trailer to be refunded, and it hasnt been done its been more than 2 months.....!!!!!!!! Belinda and George clearly ignore lawyers letters, and think its good business to opererate in this poor poor manner...........Shocking Shocking business acumin.......</p>

<p>I received a request to update my details for the next installment of ad for my business, attched to the email was the document to ad my company details etc as well as an att of the invoice, we updated our details and forwarded back to Directory listings. the instruction was "if we have any changes to respond with in 3 days" we then decided to actually cancell the ad and responded within the requested 3 days, with a request for an acknowledment of the receipt of the cancellation.......OF COURSE WE DID NOT GET ONE!!!!! so as a result of not paying we have now been handed over for debt collection, and after much arguing we have been given a 20% discount, which i will pay just to end this nonsense. I have now taken steps to cancel all existing ads going forward as a result of this terrible experience. i have been advertising in the directory for 20 years......after that time you would expect a bit of help with this sort of thing.........well they have just lost out on ANY future business from my Companies.</p>
