They Should be ashamed! SCAM!!!
<p>What an utterly useless company!!! they dont do same day printing!! stay clear away from them, they are crooks!!! I paid them for my printing job and its been a month now and nothing has been delivered, they said they will do a refund and nothing has been refunded, They never respond to any of my emails and avoid my calls!!! </p>

Our electricity was disconnected yesterday 25/05/2016 at 12:00 we paid the account and sent proof to them at 12:30.....no electricity....we gave them a call to find out whats happening at 17:30 just to be told that there has been no action on the account but that the agent will escalate it to his supervisor to get us reconnected the same night....to no avail...we phoned multiple times today 26/05/2016 from the morning until now and it is 19:00 we keep getting told no 24hrs the whole time its been way more than 24hrs..... a tech came to our house refusing to reconnect the electricity because they want physical proof of payment....IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE FOR ONE OF THE AGENTS TO NOTIFY US THAT WE NEED TO PHYSICALLY PRINT OUT A RECEIPT!! WE HAVE TWO SICK CHILDREN AT HOME AND NO POWER!!!!! COME ON GUYS STEP UP!!! TRYING TO SPEAK TO ONE OF THE CALL CENTER AGENTS AND SUPERVISORS IS AS POINTLESS AS PAYING FOR NOT HAVING ELECTRICITY!!!
