Secure Chat FNB no Help
My Fiance tried to chat to a banker online due to unauthorised deductions by Rescue24 and Unidrew - The consultant was of no assistance and just disconnected the chat.Nqobile Mbonani was the consultant on secure chat she asked to be referred to his manager he just disconnected the chat. 2nd Time Service Failed
I ordered flowers for my girlfriend she is upset and despite them being home I got a message nobody was home..... they were not called and I confirmed there was somebody there to receive order,,,,dont lie to your customers......this is the 2nd time this happened. <p>Data and airtime is going mssing without explanation ********** 989, when questioning it no service spoke to Momdlana refuse to transfer to supervisor she is going home refuse to give ref number 19.47 call made - last month no airtime loaded despite debit order going of. No assistance class action must be brought and data must fall campaingn enforced the networks are stealing airtime and getting away with it... I called on behalf of pensioner and no assistance...this is theft - Not the 1st person this happens to </p>
