I have been waiting since 4 Dec for a clearance certificate. I was kept on a leash until they went on the December holiday break. Today is the 8th of Jan no feedback after I was promised they will look into this upon their return. When calling their offices there is no response. So while they claim to assist customers they are definitely causing more stress.
Rain, after months of advising Rain and asking to cancel the service am I still getting calls from Legal that I owe you I owe you for PAYU service that has NO coverage in my new area. Please explain how PAYU service incur COSTS? Explain how NO COVERAGE in an area results me into owing you! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE AS YOUR CANCELLATION PROCESS FAILS CUSTOMERS DISMALLY.
Poor Customer service Rain is the worse when it comes to customer service. I have cancelled my service in April 2022 due to no coverage in the new area. My account was never cancelled instead rain continues to try and debit my account for a service I am not using. It does not take an IT guru to see the router is not in usage, how have I incurred a bill of R2700 for a pay as you USE service. Like I really need to understand since when clients have to pay for something they are not using. Over and above that the retention desk called me and I told the agent why I cannot continue die to NO COVERAGE . I was happy with RAIN but right now I cannot make use of the service. What will it take for someone to understand that I cannot make use of the service and the account needs to be cancelled!
Rain is definitely poor when it comes to cancelation. We have recently moved to a new place and there is no COVERAGE for rain, so i called in to cancel spoke to TWO agents confirming cancellation yet my bank accpunt has bern debited for something I CANNOT use! When i raised the issue of why the accpunt was debitted all i got was an acknowledgment email for my complaint!Rain Call centre managers or executives please resolve the issue when customers cancel contracts that the process is completed end to end!
We recently relocated from Joburg to CapeTown and had cars that needed to be moved as well. I want to thank Marcelle Dirk for helping us make this transition as smooth as possible. She checked in frequently to give an update, assisted with the progress of the cars being transported and was very kjnd and patient with us. I would definitely recommend Mr Cheap Transport to anyone needing transportation of cars both runners and non runners.
