Progress Panelbeaters Car panelbeating report

My car was involved in a car accident on the 20th October 2024 and i reported my claim to pineapple which is underwritten by IWYZE insuarance, the car got assessed and the assessemnt was approved, how ever i was sent a messsage stating that my car has additinal damages of which the panel beaters reported to the assessors and they are aware of the additional damages, today on 20th November 2024 i gave the pannel beaters( Progress Panelbeaters) a call to find out the progress on my vahicle, i was told that my insuarance has writting off my vahicle without my knowledge and any report regarding the addictional damages..what a very bad experience i have ever see with this insuarances and panel beaters.
