Highly recommended

After 4 nightmare years, I was very nervous about embarking on the project to finally fix the failed attempts to waterproof our roof deck. From the start we could see Pete was on a different level to anyone else we had worked with before. Project management side of things went like clockwork. He has an eye for detail and seems to actually spend time thinking about solutions. Pete also has high standards and only works with the best sub-contractors to ensure extremely high quality of products and finishes. When things don’t go 100% to plan, which they inevitably won’t, its nice to hear those famous words “don’t worry, I’ll make a plan” and knowing that’s exactly what he will do. Every obstacle we overcame, Pete worked a solution. I would highly recommend him to anyone. His small team of trusted guys were pleasant and hard working and most importantly skilled. I can safely say Pete exceeded my expectations.
