Prolific - Pay what you owe

I have been battling with Prolific for months now to receive my payment that is due to me and have been lied to by the company staff who I have been dealing with. Promised that payment had been made for participating in research tasks offered via the Prolific website and to top it off the company have had the audacity to put my account on hold and no reason or explanation has ever been given. I can only think that it is because I complained about the non payment which has been outstanding since May 2021. I have emails going back and forth and blatantly lied to by these people. This is unacceptable and downright disgusting that they would lie to their customers and have no shame in this sort of behavior.
