Proline and Game
This notebook is completely inferior in terms of longevity. And the service offered to support is just as atrocious. Game Rosebank has a thousand excuses as to why they cannot help and send the laptop to proline . The screen is malfunctioning and they telling me that it is cracked when one can clearly see there is a problem with the screen. Not at all helpful with the service and why does one need to wait 21 days for this product to be fixed .

Proline and Game

Proline V116
I bought a Proline V116 notebook this weekend from Game Fourways Mall. I wanted something small for photos. Ive been struggling for a full day with speed, connectivity and rendering. I've had to factory reset the unit, now it just keeps rendering and restarting, staying at 64%. I've always only bought Apple, so i thought this would be ideal for photos. Don't waste your money buying this inferior useless product. I'm taking mine back for a full refund.

Proline V116

LAPTOP FROM HELL
My laptop is EXACTLY 19 days old. I use it monday to friday for work only (8 hours in total). Today it refuses to switch on. I took it back to the store I bought it from, as it is under warranty - they told me they need to take it in for 21 days. How do i work in the interim? If something dies after 19 days, I do not want it fixed and returned to me. This was not a bottom of the range laptop. it is not the greatest either, but for a R7000 computer, I expect it to work at least 21 days! I am joking now but if I do not, I will throw the damn thing in the pool. I bought the Core i5 btw.

LAPTOP FROM HELL

I decided to write this review about PROLINE Computers, please do not waste your money and buy PROLINE laptops, I bought PROLINE laptop at Game Mall of Africa Midrand in June 2023 for R3000.00 as it was on Game stores cataloque and you'll find it on every cataloque. This Proline laptop can't even switch ON and remember most things warranty is 1 year now imagine with this laptop every year you'll pay R3000 to R4000 which is ridiculous and after warranty they charge which is now additional costs unexpected. Proline Laptop - Not good to buy - Software Problems
I bought a Laptop at Makro Cape Gate Cape Town the beginning of this year 2024 so the unit is still under warranty. This will be now the 3rd time that I had to take the laptop in , because it keeps asking for update which was done several times already. The lady at Makro from Proline reset the laptop aswell after I told her not to do so because my daughter is writing exams (Home school) and cannot afford to lose all the documents on her laptop. She did not listen and reset the whole laptop. This is ongoing and I've made it very clear that I need the Laptop to be send in to Proline to check and advise. This is ridiculous driving up and down all the time , and the lady at Makro is not helpful at all.

Disgraceful.Product
I have a brand new proline V116 itnis about 8 days old....the worst product and utterly a disgrace to technology. Proline should be sued for inferior products....this is a joke actually. Proline of cause don't care itnis easy money for them.

Proline V146GNR - Makro Alberton - sovêr so goed met die 2de een. Ek's 'n bejaarde en pensioenaris en waardeer nie die swak en onhoflike diens wat ons ontvang nie. Ek't die produk die 25ste direk by Alberton gekoop. Verpakking eenvoudig en goed. Die skootrekenaar soos aanbeveel eers oplaai gesit en eers die volgende oggend begin met die opstelling dmv die nagdata. Heelwat funksies is outomaties oorgedra , maar heelwat kort. Dit neem ongeveer 90min. Gelukkig het ek nie alles opgestel nie. 'n Week later weier die skootrekenaar om aan te s***el. Ek neem dit binne die 14dae omruil tydperk terug en ruil dit om. Dis nou amper weer 'n week verder, so ver so goed. Kyk maar altyd na die pamflet - uitleg spesifiek. Info onvolledig - as die battery gelaai is , is die liggie af. Die liggie sit langs die krag inprop en moet brand as dit laai. Myne is vuil rooi en agv die nie gladde afwerking gaan dit vinnig vuiler word. Dieselfde vir die raakblok - dit voel soos skuurpapier...teenoor my ou Alcatel 10 2in1 wat soos satyn voel. Opstelling verloop seepglad en die opstelling van Afrikaans. Waar my Alcatel 10 2in1 99% Afrikaans is - dit sluit die stelsel taal in, is die Proline net so rondom 70% Afrikaans en is die stelsel, alhoewel Afrikaans, steeds grootendeels Engels US. Die Proline 8G / 256G is net stadiger as die Alcatel 2G / 32G Oorfone 👍🏼 Poorte werk - X2 USB, X1 SD , X1 HDMI Wifi werk Bloutand 👍🏼 Nie HDR - 4K nie 1366x768 SDR Skerm duplikaat Skerm Projekteer na TV via GOOGLE ChromeCast / Miracast 👍🏼 Makro - baie teleurstellend dat die swart verkoopsmanne nie Afrikaans probeer verstaan nie - Engelse Arrogansie, ons was altyd geforseer om met Engelse kliënte Engels te praat. Maar wat vir Afrikaners geld, geld nie vir anti- Afrikaans Pro-Engels sprekendes nie.
