Michael assisted me with the home keys that I forgot inside the car. He had to drive back from home to get the keys for me. He was very professional,friendly and patient.

Proline's Manager Kayla and Precious really assisted me with my car. They provided me with feedback throughout the process and always kept me up to date. And really pushed their way to assist me. They really deserve a promotion! And Proline done a great job on my car

On the 25th February 2025, I took my car for repairs. I met a friendly lady by the name of Precious N was very friendly and professional. She welcomed me with a smile and assured me that I came to the right place. She constantly communicated with me throughout the process. Within two weeks my vehicle was fixed and was renewed and it looked very new. Best service ever well done to the company and staff members. Keep up the good work Precious you have raised the flag high with your stirling service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Proline Express Sandhurst. Last year I was involved in a minor fender bender and my insurance directed me to Proline Express Sandhurst for the repairs. As part of the repair work, both headlights on my vehicle were replaced. When I collected the car, I was satisfied with the work done. However, a few months later during the rainy season, I noticed that the front right headlight had developed a leak. This resulted in the light malfunctioning, and the daytime running light no longer works. I contacted Proline Express and brought the vehicle back for inspection. Their team confirmed that there was no visible damage to the headlight and acknowledged that the issue appeared to be a fault with the unit itself. They attempted to fix and pressure test the light, but unfortunately the problem still persists. Despite acknowledging that the light is faulty and that it was supp**** and installed by them during the repair, I have now been told that there is nothing further they can do. As a customer, this is extremely disappointing. When parts are replaced as part of an insurance repair, one would reasonably expect those parts to be functional and free of defects. It is frustrating to be left with a faulty component that was installed during the repair process, with no clear resolution offered. I hope that Proline Express will review this matter and take responsibility by providing a proper resolution, such as replacing the faulty headlight.
