Worst estate agent / agency
After an unsuccesful attempt to purchase a property through Promprop, which was caused by default of the seller/agent negligence or lack of information. I had to pay wasted costs to attorneys, which i requested info from the agent multiple times with no assistance. I contacted Marc the director, who rep**** after a weeks saying he forgot to respond. And then weeks later still no response. I am now at a loss due to the negligence of the agent/agency. This is the worst agency i have ahad to deal with in terms of customer service, and i believe them to be *********** or possibly just that they are unhanded and only act ******** to situation. I have all emails and whatsapps if needed as evidence to submit along with this review. And i am currently tying to proceed with reporting them to the PPRSA.

Prom Properties do not care about your family once they have your money.
Rented a property through them, took money and deposit. House is not fully livable, refuse to pay back rentals and deposits paid in advance. Have not even assisted with finding suitable accommodation for our family after being told to vacate the property as it is a danger to us.

Prom Properties do not care about your family once they have your money.
Rented a property through them, took money and deposit. House is not fully livable, refuse to pay back rentals and deposits paid in advance. Have not even assisted with finding suitable accommodation for our family after being told to vacate the property as it is a danger to us.

I advertised my property with the strict words “please no estate agents.” My reasons for this was financial and based on previous experience. Needless to say I got a number of estate agents calling me. One particular agent, Chad Eveleigh from PromProperties phoned me and he seemed very different. He wasn’t pushy or abrasive and he really understood my needs so I eventually allowed him to bring one of his buyers round to view my property. I am so glad I did. The sale could not have been quicker or smoother and every step of the way PromProperties moved heaven and earth to make sure all parties were happy. Their commission structure and work ethic was second to none and I can’t recommend PromProperties enough. Well done guys and thank you!
