URGENT: Complaint against Pronto Finance Services (PFS) - Alleged Loan ****

Box 209 Halfway House 1685 Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to report a complaint against Pronto Finance Services (PFS) for what appears to be a blatant and predatory loan ****. On 26 January 2026, I app**** for a debt consolidation loan of R500,000 with PFS, seeking relief from financial distress. Instead, I was exploited and deceived by their ************ practices. Despite being informed that my application was approved, and I would repay R7,291 monthly, PFS demanded various upfront fees, which I paid in good faith: R2,854 (admin fee) on 26 January 2026 R3,690 on 26 January 2026 R3,900 (counselling fee) on ? R2,394 (clearance fee) on 29 January 2026 R2,982 (clearance fee) on 29 January 2026 R2,394 on 1 February 2026 Total paid: R11,920 Shockingly, the loan was never disbursed, and PFS continues to demand payment. Their latest demand is R2,940.89, which I refused to pay. I believe PFS has engaged in reckless lending, contravened the National Credit Act, and perpetrated a cruel **** on vulnerable individuals like myself. i'm very happy with the way i was treated at pronto finance. i app**** for a consolidation loan and i was asked to pay for an upfront payment, but after calling the landline and confirming, i went ahead and made the payment, shortly after my debt was Successfully paid out.

Am happy with the the way i was treated at pronto finance service i apply for a loan which my loan was approved and transfer to my account within 2hrs of approved ,
