Not a good experience with them. They had to replace a bumper and paint it. The bumper was R12000 at BMW but somehow the overall quote got to nearly R40 000. Firstly, they left the car in the sun for two weeks and the lining on the dash lifted up, secondly they glued shut the headlight washers, so they don't work anymore, thirdly, they painted the black trim on the bumper which should remain black, now the paint is peeling, there are traces of overspray etc. The foreman/manager told me to bring the car back after I complained, I returned it on the set date and he was not there to meet, instead the same guy who initially gave me the car was there. When I returned to pick the car up again, he absolutely **** and told me they lifted the lining on the dash and glued it again, but said it can't be fixed, he actually didn't even touch that lining. The overspray was badly touched up and the headlight washers still didn't work. I would not advise you go here based on my experience.

Someone drove onto me to on the passenger side.I took it in at pronto to get repaired well the door is properly fixed the car had a rough texture on it.Cause I don’t know anything about cars and am the one that collected the vehicle when I got home my partner assessed the vehicle only to find that they didn’t polish it.He insisted that I take the vehicle back to me.Since I work far I called them and I asked if I could bring in the car when I come to rustenburg they agreed.Well I took it in left the car and told me to come back after few hours when I get back the texture of the vehicle is still rough I asked them again than I saw one guy getting ****ed the other said Ohk we will fix it.Only to find that they only wash the vehicle and didn’t polish it.One of the employees there approached me and told me they removing your car again and they didn’t even polish it.I got ****ed than I left I know it’s because am a women or am black but they take advantage.

Worst repairs on my Polo AW.Since i paid cash the cars right front light is aftermarket after i told them i only want OEM.The light is not even operational it only points down.After buying brakes the whole brake disc fell off.The grinding discs that was used to repair vehicle was still in the left hand fender.Now the car is in a undriveable state because the brakes does not operate correctly as car skids when it is app****.They even managed to ***** my capacitor for my sound which they admitted and replaced it.When i open my window my sound cuts on the repair side.How they manage to still operate is beyond me.King Price only uses them and i am now changing insurers because of this.Silver Polo KFZ 236 NW if they need a reference for their ****py repairs.Kindly include King Price in this too.

Poly fitted to vehicle roof and left rear door started cracking. Took the vehicle to them and I was assured that they can fix it. The door and roof was repaired and primed and I took the vehicle back to them a month later for a total respray. First argument was when I inspected the vehicle after the respray and found all four doors to be full of spray waves. They tried to convince me that because the car is black they cannot do anything about the spray waves. They eventually fixed the spray waves and when I went to collect the vehicle my audio system did not work. Something that could have been prevented if the panel beater working on the car did what I have asked him and covered the electronics in the boot with a plastic bag as the vehicle was in the open and because it was stripped, water entered.. After argumenting they did eventually replace the TV Tuner that got water with a second hand tuner. The paint on the rear bumper wrinkled under the clearcoat and I took it back to them for repair. A week later it did the same and I took it in and made an appointment to take it back, but the bumper was then damaged by another vehicle from the back and my insurance had the bumper repaired by another panel beater in town {This was a proper repair as up until now I had no issues with it}. One year later the poly started lifting on the door where they worked and the paint started making bubbles in the clear coat. I took the vehicle back and they repaired. I got it back with runs on the boot where the clearcoat ran and was never smoothed out. a Month later the poly started lifting again and I took it back. I got the vehicle back today from the repairs. There was virtually no quality control done and I was told by the person handing my car back to me that the owner said that they will not work on the car again. So, my impression is that they are quick to take your money, but if they have to fix bad workmanship then you are treated as the bad guy.

My new Brezza got damaged when a box fell from a truck and damaged mainly my bumper. This happened 3 hours after I got the car:(. It was repaired by Pronto. When I got it back I could not tell that anything ever happened. It has been about 2 months since I got it back and I have no issues that I could find. Thanks Pronto.
