Urgent Refund.

I was a tenant with framework @ No. 01 Eloff street in Johannesburg. I left the building end of July and i was told that my deposit refund will be paid in 2 to 3 weeks after their review. Its been 5 weeks now and nobody has called me or updated me regarding my refund. I have been following up spending my air time and money to get an understanding as to why the refund wasn't processed, and so, only now after i made so much noise, they are telling me that they have sent the refund to their maintenance department, which will take another week to be processed. I needed the refund 2 weeks ago to contribute as a deposit to a new apartment which i have lost because of this delays. i don't understand why framework collects rent months end and if you don't pay they will lock the apartment or switch your lights off, but when it comes to them paying out what they owe, we must be victims in following up to what is due to us.
