My client had the misfortune of engaging with Riccardo Zappia of Property Maverick. You'd have to go a long way to find a more slick-talking con artist. My client is going to lay a ******** complaint as she feels - correctly, in my view - that Riccardo set out to de***** her. He seems to hide behind some knowledge of the law to try and justify his actions, but what he did was clear. I would advise anyone to steer clear of him.
