Service delivery was the deal of the day.
I was assisted by Mpho JR Seloane and the process was painless and professional , was given peace of mind as all the details and my questions were answered to our satisfaction. Thanks for the great service.

Do not rent from the following Agent and owner
Property Rentals - Sylvia Snow & Nigel Williamson and the owner Michael Snow I would not even give them one star, in fact minus 100 stars. I rented a small one bedroom apartment form them for one year. It was impossible to liaise with them when their was a problem. I also asked to be released from the lease as I was not earning money during lockdown and said I would give 2 months notice. They where not interested in my problem and held me to the end of my lease. When I vacated the premises the agent thanked me for looking after the apartment so well. BUT when it came to refunding me the deposit everything was wrong in the flat including some wear and tear they are holding me responsible for. I did not even get a third of my deposit back and no interest, even though I sent them a letter from the agent saying that I would get interest. Their are a lot of apartments for rental and my advice is not to touch anything owned By M Snow or rented by the agent Property Rentals - Sylvia Wagner.
