PropertyCoza instructed our company to proceed to do building plans (Brits District) on 4 March 2025. The building plans were urgently needed for the registration of bond approval. Our company stopped all other work to help with the emergency. The work was completed on 25 March 2025. • Gerrie Bernardo refused to pay the outstanding amount of R4900 and told me telephonically that I irritate him and that he will not pay the outstanding amount.
