Motorcycle propshaft

They are not professional. I had to take my shaft back 3 times and the 3rd time the owner were very rude. Even told his staff not to take any shafts from any motorcycle. He even told us he's been in business for 30 years,when we asked questions about the mistake. But just before that he said he's never done a shaft of a motorcycle. They even charged us R100 more on the invoice just because we paid by card He said after this time ,if the shaft brakes there is no guarantee.
