Prosecure
I gave a sufficient notice to cancel with Prosecure. They continued to debit my account after I cancelled. When I try to get in touch for my refund they ignore my calls and mails. I still have not been refunded.

Hi, I just would like to say the guys from Pro secure Selvan and Lennon are awesome employees and really assisted me in my time of need. Not to also forget David and the team from special projects for my camera installations. Thank you so much guys for the hard work. The only thing now is that I just hope the response unit will be just as effective as the Service Selvan and Lennon has given if and when required. My sentiments come soley from me and I hope that Prosecure continues to give and honour their commitment to their current and future clientele.

Also not forgetting David and the team from Special Projects for my camera installations. I just hope that when the times arises the response team will be just as effective as the guys mentioned above. Extremely Pathetic Service
Pathetic service. Dcided to leave my current security company coz my neighbors wer joining prosecure. Canceled my current company and prosecure has not set up my security up to now. So wen im working nightshift and my wife and kids are ****d and ******ed prosecure does not care coz wen u sign a contract and they get their money thats all that matters.

Poor service deivery
We live in Havenside, Chatsworth. There are many of us in the area that pay membership for their security services. We have break-ins and hijacking on a DAILY basis. We always see other security service vehicles patrolling the area but never Prosecure. It is very doubtful that they have patrol vehicles allocated to our area. They need to up their game to get people to remain with them.

Pathetic ProSecure
I am extremely angry with Prosecure. No ethics and Values. I cancelled contract with them 28Nov . They want to charge me R701 to cancel, when account has been paid up. I am on month to month contract, as initial contract is over. R701 includes Radio license which I would not be using and December subscription. Then only can cancellation take effect. It seems like they are a bunch of ******, that want to rob the community in Chatsworth. No Ethics and Values. Totally disgusted . I would never do business with them again. I informed them to come collect radio immediately , but no reply from Them. Only good for *****ing Peoples hard earned money, in these hard times.

prosecure's sales person charged me for a new alarm system under a year ago, 4 months ago there was no signal from my home to them, they kept charging me for a service that did not exist, after numerous complaints and several emails to cancel they have ignored my emails since 17/05/23. they are well aware that there system is not working but continue to charge me for a service. they are now refusing to cancel my account. I paid the salesperson for the unit and installation WHO NO LONGER IS EMPLOYED AT THEIR COMPANY neither is the technician . this company should be investigated for their
