Poor ap proshield security and poor services

We appointed pro shield security and they install a security ap which does not work Our home was burgled They further billed us after we pushed our grievance and promised better service Once again there was a burglary alarm. Their team was stuck in traffic Further when we complained to the owner He cancelled without proper time or notice as it's the 13th. We are now seeking advice of consumer protection. We have incurred costs of the burglary. Their technical person is rude and do not assist. No service is rendered. They marketed themselves as excellent Poorest security company ever. App never works plus their response time in pretoria is poor. Very difficult no grievance no management
