Complain at protea glen clinic

Hi I have a problem with protea glen glen clinic as I've being going there for my loop to be removed as I inserted it there..but everytime I go it's eather they say someone who's suppose to help me is off or equipment is not sterilized...its being 4month am every week with no help don't know what to do now...as the loop is giving me a problem..pls help
