Protea meters are over charging clients
I have reported an issue of Protea meters sending me more than 52 sms for the month of December 2024. Employee by the NAMES OF Pierre and Fiona have out of office reply since the 28 December 2024 to date being 07 January 2025. Emails have been sent to an address that most employees read. It seems that Protea meters are over charging clients and blame it on smses sent at R1, 43 per sms. When one calls that they cannot explain the high cost od smses and the alleged number of smses that are sent to clients.

What a joke and shemers
They don't even deserve that star. I rented out a flat and now I have moved out but my utilities rates keeps going up and the explanation is that it's because of the basic shared services. What services because I don't reside at tne premises any longer. They made me fill out service termination forms and no one seems to bother with the acknowledgement of receipt. Everytime I get asked when did you leave the premises by different people. I am appalled by the services to say the list. I refuse to pay for services I longer use. I feel that they are scheming people with explanations that make no sense. This company is a joke
