Steer Clear of these folk

Engaged with supplier to have pool fence erected last December. Original design was suggested by owner and changed by vendor...upon installation, owners design was found to be more feasible and practical...this would have been all good, however the gate had been manufactured offsite according to the owners whimsical ideas of how a design should look and now does not comply with the actual installation. Polite follow ups were made....the owner eventually visited the property and threatened my mother into her handing over payment.....when clearly full payment should never have been made for an installation that was not done correctly. The net result is R6600 worth of fencing that couldn't withstand a gust of wind let alone a child and a gate that has a gap underneath it, which poses a serious risk as this is an access point for small children - pretty much defeats the purpose. The concept seems to be an international one that has franchised or licenced operators in SA (CT). I would caution anyone dealing with this company and especially the \owner\" - Graham - as you might find yourself shelling out a lot of money for a product that doesn't live up to the hype or quality standards."
