Protex Appliance Repairs

They came to replace a drum on my mothers washing machine. She's 82 years old. She didn't think to test the machine straight away, but she paid them straight away. When she used the machine, it vibrated terribly and makes a loud knocking noise. She's been calling them for weeks now and they just make empty promises about coming back to rectify the problem. Now they just ignore our calls. Don't use them!
