PROTON SOLAR DISTRIBUTORS **** GROUP FOR JUSTICE
Yesterday I bought 2 lithium batteries from this company. before I went tot the shop, I confirmed stock against a written quotation from the company. The moment I paid by EFT, I was informed that the stock was held at another warehouse ten minutes away. 1hour 30 minutes and the stock appeared from the back of this make shift warehouse /shop. 2 x units wrapped in bubble wrap, no manuals, not papers no cabling. the units did not match the pictures on the website but Richard assured me all was in order. A lady came to me and requested to sign receipt. I felt very uncomfortable but decided to take the units as it should give me some leverage. When I got home, I called the company, and Richard answered. I asked to speak to the owner, and was told he is not available and he cannot give his number. I was told the owner will call me back. NOTHING!!! to the previous reviewer, with the similar battery issue, please contact me so we can deal with this jointly.

I would not suggest doing business with this company. They happily take your money and then ignore your calls / emails when you follow up on delivery. No answer to emails or whatsapp's either. Supposed excuse last week was that items had gone missing from their regular courier and they wanted to investigate before sending out more shipments with them. Richard MacGregor promised to call us back yesterday with feedback - and we're still waiting.

I would not suggest doing business with this company. They happily take your money and then ignore your calls / emails when you follow up on delivery. No answer to emails or whatsapp's either. Supposed excuse last week was that items had gone missing from their regular courier and they wanted to investigate before sending out more shipments with them. Richard MacGregor promised to call us back yesterday with feedback - and we're still waiting.

Biggest biggest *******.. Ordered and paid for a lithium battery after they provided a quotation and agreed upon having stock. After following up numerous times when we can collect there was alot of excuses. They then said they will deliver due to the poor service amd long delay. When they delivered we found that its not even the same battery we ordered and paid for AND its a 2nd hand battery that they spray painted with dents and scratches. We said we will not accept that and want a refund. Untill now a couple of months later we have not recieved any refund when we phone and they hear its us they drop the phone or just ignore us. The owner of Proton Solar said he will not pay us back because he doesnt have the money any more... BE CAREFULL OF RICHARD THE SALES REP HE WILL MAKE YOU BELIEVE THEY HAVE THE STOCK WILL SEND PHOTOS ETC BUT AS SOON AS PAYMENT IS DONE YOU DONT HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE ****S and THEIVES. I ordered a solar fountain pump at the end of September that said there was 3 in-stock. 7/8 days after ordering i followed up to find out where my pump is, to get a snotty email in return telling me that they emailed me the day before - Yes they emailed me BUT couldn't be bothered to check the spelling of my email address that came from their ONLINE shopping. They told me that they do not have stock and tried to push another pump on to me that would not suit my application. I asked for a refund, 2 weeks after requesting my refund they send me an email with their refund policy which states it takes 15 days for refunds....15 days has come and gone and when i follow up Nicole lies telling me "HR" will send my POP 'shortly'....well 4 days later i am still no where. Gemma on the other hand has no people/sales skills whatsoever and replies to angry clients over WhatsApp, rudely and like a 14 year old child !!!!!!!!!!!! Poor newbie Raymond has to deal with the angry clients while NICOLE is not in the office and IGNORES emails and LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE EFF IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE????

Stay away from Proton Solar Distributors
Proton Solar distributors continue to break the law by refusing to return or refund my Inverter that I purchased from them several months ago. The inverter was faulty from the first day of installation but refused to fix unless I paid a repair fee. I refused and their legal department has tied this up since April this year. My advice is do not buy anything from this ************ and disgusting dealership!

Stay away from Proton Solar Distributors
Proton Solar distributors continue to break the law by refusing to return or refund my Inverter that I purchased from them several months ago. The inverter was faulty from the first day of installation but refused to fix unless I paid a repair fee. I refused and their legal department has tied this up since April this year. My advice is do not buy anything from this ************ and disgusting dealership!

No warranty or refund
Bought two Sungod 120ah batteries from them. Very bad product. Proton Solar refuses return or replacement. Stand by the fact that their "technician" said the batteries only lasts up to 300 cycles. Please think twice and then twice again before buying from them. Go and read on Hellopeter and see for yourself. I should have done this from the first day! Very quick to take your money, but no after service.

No warranty or refund
Bought two Sungod 120ah batteries from them. Very bad product. Proton Solar refuses return or replacement. Stand by the fact that their "technician" said the batteries only lasts up to 300 cycles. Please think twice and then twice again before buying from them. Go and read on Hellopeter and see for yourself. I should have done this from the first day! Very quick to take your money, but no after service.

Proton Solar Distributors are the worst company
This company is nightmare. A month after buying an inverter it stopped charging with panels and they came up all sought of excuses not to repair. They refused to come to my house to assess my installation. After I refused to pay for repairs and asking for my inverter back, it took involvement of the attorneys to get it back. I am not even sure if it will work again given how dirty it was when I finally received. Do not believe anything they give as warranty nor what they write on their invoice. They will not honor it. They were supposed to take 3 to 5 days on repairs but having delivered the inverter on 13th February 2023, I only received it back on 12 June 2023 in a bad state it was. If it was not for the involvement of my attorneys I would still be waiting.

Good service and experience
Good experience and received my goods in good time. One item was not received and they repayed me, because there's a shortage. I'm happy with the service I received and will definitely do business with them again. Keep it up!

Good experience and received my goods in good time. One item was not received and they repayed me, because there's a shortage. I'm happy with the service I received and will definitely do business with them again. Keep it up!
