<p>Good day I don't know whether I am writing in the right place  anyway my name is Clifford dube Id  7411155969084 and fon number  0722773543        I got this problem with Std life and disability   cover when I joined them they said when I can carry on with my work duties as an fitter &Turner a year down the line I got hurt at work I lost 2 of my fingers the ring and 5th small finger and they didn't wanna pay saying the doctor said its in the process of healing and 14 June I was involved in a horrible car accident that left me with  a broken arm ,5 broken ribs  broken knee broken ankle in fact the whole left side got no power and smaller and the doctors in Leratong hospital couldn't tel y its like that went smaller and weak so I submitted everything 2 the insurance std bank  since it possible 4 me 2 work again with this hand that the doctors in Leratong failed 2 fix  and now they told me the process wil take 3 months but now they just went quiet when my wife and aunty calls them they sometimes say the manager joe anny is off sick and promise that she wil call and she doesn't last when they spoke 2 them she promise 2 call me 2 Fridays back and she didn't bother 2 day they tried again and she now always not at work I don't understand what they can't finalise since its 3 months passed already if you possible as you once help my brother 2 get a straight answer than them bitting by the bush worse they stressing me since I am splineless  they told me Imust not stress and I must find a way 2 deal with as they might lead 2 stroke o heart attack I think I hate Std bank even the same car that almost ****ed me was insured by the same std bank and I battle 2 make them pay 4 the same and they paid shoot money and I had the short fall with them std bank and they haven't paid 4 the short fall  still in    a   battle 4 them 2 pay since I had the such policy with them </p>
