Trustworthy and hands on
I recieved great service - Thanks Tracee for the great assistance regarding my order and the delivery of the tiles ect. Trustworthy place to order from. Everything arrived on time, exactly as ordered. Tiles looked great just like on the website. Would recommend and use them again in the future!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pudlo Swimming Pool Material Suppliers in Salt River Cape Town, and I felt compelled to share my wonderful experience, particularly due to the exceptional service provided by Franschesca and Nicole. From the moment I interacted with Franschesca, I was impressed by her calm and composed demeanor. PUDLO REDEEMS ITSELF 100%
I would like to retract my previous review of Pudlo Tiles. They have redeemed themselves completely and really went out of their way to communicate with me regarding the delay in my tile delivery. In fact what had happened is they had gone out of their way to source a tile from another supplier on my behalf that would match the tiles I bought from them and this supplier had let them down. Their GM Nicole De Freitas was extremely helpful and communicated directly with myself and my Couriers to ensure that everything ran smoothly.

PUDLO SA - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NON DELIVERY
I bought tiles from this company over a month ago and to date have not received my full order despite numerous emails and whatsapps. POOR customer service and HUGE CONFUSION amongst the staff and their excuse is always that they are too busy on the floor.
