Deep Disappointment in Service – Owed Refund Still Not Resolved
I am writing this with great disappointment regarding the extremely poor service, lack of communication, and unfulfilled promises from your company. My daughter enrolled in a few courses through your platform. After paying for services that she never ended up using, we have been fighting a constant uphill battle to get our money refunded. Despite numerous phone calls, emails, and messages, we have received no real resolution—only empty promises and delayed responses. The few times we did receive feedback, we were told that the outstanding amount could be used toward a different course. Let me be absolutely clear: we do not want to make use of your services again—ever. Offering credit instead of a refund for services not rendered is not only unacceptable, it feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid your financial responsibility. I even personally spoke to Marli Schoonraad (Founder of Pull North), who assured me that this issue would be resolved. That was months ago. Still, nothing has been done. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing. I do not like writing negative reviews, but this situation is ridiculous and has gone far beyond what any client should have to endure. To anyone considering using this company: Please think twice. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Their communication, administration, and customer care are completely lacking, and they do not seem to take accountability when things go wrong. We expect this matter to be resolved immediately, with a full refund issued without further delay.

Don’t trust Pull North Yachting!!!!
They are committing ***** by creating **** travel itineraries for children that have had no experience in this. They “open” **** bank accounts, **** accommodation letters and openly commit ***** by doing so. I WILL be reporting them to ALL the embassies and police for knowingly committing *****. They will also face civil action and they then will not just have to pay back the money Marli de*****ed us with but also legal fees and interest. PLEASE DON’T DESTROY YOUR SANITY AND WASTE YOUR EARNED MONEY ON THEM!!!!! Allisandra is knowingly committing ***** by creating falsified documents. They demanded payment before releasing any information and then still had the audacity to scream at us for her *******i0n.

Worst experience ever and my child is in tears!
Worst agency ever! Think twice before using this company... They do not help at all ... it's only for the money ... and they do not care about your child... and it is beyond expensive!

STAY CLEAR OF PULL NORTH YACHTING
Stay clear of Pull North. They sell a good story to the kids and bankrupt the parents. This is practically a one man show and I waited a month just to get a response to my son's VISA rebooking date. Marli the director herself doesn't even answer until weeks later. Let's hope her new team lasts because her staff was coming and going and they were over worked which is the excuse u always get. All they good for is invoicing and reinforcing u for the same things and blaming ur kids for not finding work. Would never recommend this company to anyone. You pay thousands to receive an email and when you have queries all you get told is to refer to the email. Feel free to contact me directly for the correct info on what to expect from this company, or shall I say what not to expect. 0724178903. If you have hundreds of thousands to waste, send your kids on a holiday and give them a gap year atleast you will get something to show for it.

Find any other yachting school before Pull North yachting!!!
<div>Don't use pull north yachting if you're looking at getting into the yachting industry! They take advantage of young adults who don't know much about the industry and take your money for services which they promise to give and then dont. I paid just over R9000 for my stewardess course and 3 modules were left out of the course but i was still charged for them. I paid for a different service which I did not receive therefore in my right mind, I asked for the money back because it had been just over a month and I did not get any feedback. It was such a struggle to get it back, ***** gave excuses as to why she didn't have time to reply to me and after being ignored for 3 weeks, I became fed up! After many arguments and countless occasionsof being ignored, I called her about 40 times in 2 hours and eventually she paid me my money back, minus 20% admin fee which she did not deserve! She did NOTHING to justify the fee despite me asking exactlywhat the fee was for. I am highly disappointed in pull north yachting and I am not the only one!!!! I have a mountain of complaints, this is my second review because my first was removed by pull north. I would literally recommend any other yachting school other than pull north!</div>

Terrible service, bad attitude and total *******!!!!
If I could give -5 stars I would! Marli was so great in the beginning and very helpful. She told me things that conflicted what she said later on in my course... she rips young adults off who don't know much about the yachting world. I had an argument with her, trying to get money back as I no longer needed the service I paid for and she charged a 20% admin fee for doing NOTHING! And now refuses to give me services which she gives to her other clients (even though I paid a good R4000 for it) She is awful and takes advantage of young people who don't know better! DO NOT USE PULL NORTH YACHTING if you are looking at getting into the yachting career! She doesn't pay STCW for your courses after you have paid her, luckily it didn't happen to me but I did my courses woth so many people who didn't receive their certificates because pull north did not pay the training centre. Her communication is awful and she expects respect even though she doesn't give it. Please do your research before using pull north Yachting, I'd literally recommend any other yachting schools.
