Bad service.

We got 3 usues with them. 1ste we were sending injectors on a Citroen C3 for recon and recive it back and found it is under fueling and the vehicle got no power. Took it out send it back its worst then before. We took the car to them and they claim that there was loose wiring and will fix it as well they fitted second hand injectors from another car that was standing there. (One of the employees confirm that) The say the vehicle is fine now and we can collect it. We took another Ford focus to them when collecting the Citroen and also realise the battery of the Citroen is not there when it arrive from them. Fit a new battery and this time the Citroen over fueling verry bad.

To come back to the Ford Focus We buy a injector for the focus fit it and the vehicle was doing the same thing. After that we send thd diesel pump to be Recon after 2 weeks havent recive any feed back and the lady confirm the pump is gone after a few days the found it and we fit it and the pump and the vehicle was doing the same thing.

We also send a injector on a Hyundai Getz 1.5 recive a other injector thats not same and after almost 2 weeks my employee went there to collect the right injector and found it was never recon.

We took the Focus away from them i will never do bussines with them again.

I was asking many times for the owner or thd manager to give us a call no one come back to us.

I think as a owner of a bussines you must know if your customers is unhappy.
