Freshly milled Rye flour

I have now purchased a few times from them and I'm really pleased with both their product quality and their service. I need Crushed Rye for my Danish Sourdough Rye bread - Crushed Rye is almost impossible to find anywhere so I was extremely happy when I found Pure and Whole - and the best thing is that they are able to accommodate special requests with regards to milling - what a brilliant service.

Without them - I wouldn't be able to make one of my favorite breads from my home country.

Their service is simply brilliant and very friendly.
